Conversion of a 1950’s industrial paint manufacturing facility into a modern office building with over 18,000 SF of rentable space. Key components of the project included lead and asbestos abatement, complete restoration of existing structural walls and a roof extension/addition to introduce a new architectural feature to the building’s façade.

The Challenges

The original structure had undergone several expansions, making the structural and architectural components of the existing structure very inconsistent. Our team completed the construction process as intended by the client through constant communication with the design team and a thorough understanding of the many different aspects of the original construction. The result is a modern office building that preserved its original charm.
