Complete space renovations of a medical space to turn it into a creative marketing office. The work consisted of upgrading all interior finishes, installing architectural features, and a significant amount of custom woodwork including wall panels and contemporary cabinetry.

The Challenges

Once demo work started, we realized the existing concrete slab would not allow for the desired finish the tenant was expecting. We proposed a few different stain options for the concrete floors and managed to deliver a nice stained flooring without delaying the schedule by working night shifts over two weekends. We also installed most of the custom cabinetry in phases once Workhorse Marketing had occupied the offices.
